dug up some ancient VGA phone shots from early 2000-who-knows-when, the good old days when phone shots were so pixelized, you’d think the world was made of lego blocks. not even photoshop can save these now. but ah, what a treat for the memory.

so. tonight i cooked pasta [garlic-and-squid!] and, for the first time in the history of my random kitchen experiments, it was an absolute flop. :| too much salt. oh well. the doctor did say i needed to consume more salt. i have the blood pressure of a newborn baby. so.
on a happier note, i do love this shot. i took it while me and a bunch of friends were in friuli trattoria waiting for our orders to arrive. checkered schtuff, check. macro focus, check. black-and-whites, check. win.
